When I saw Tua standing in the end zone trusting his protection while he gave Waddle time to make a double move and get open was when I could see things were starting to develop with the OL and this McDaniel offense.

The TD throw to Gesicki is known as a crossbar throw, where the QB throws it so his receiver can go up and get it or nobody can. If you look at the replay the ball is a few inches below the crossbar. He knows Gesicki is 6'7" with a big vertical leap. The football genius Colin Cowherd called it a bad throw, too high.

Tua's not yet as good as he will be. He came into the league with a career-threatening injury, had a coach that didn't want him, had no recieving weapons, had no run game, had a bad defence, and the worst OLine in the league. Despite this his first 16 games were better than many elite or even great hof QBs. Now he has what Mahomes has always had, what Allen has had since Diggs got there, what Herbert has always had, what Burrow has always had....great weapons. We're seeing that he is elite. He was elite at Bama, and he's finally been given the chance to show the same elite play at an NFL level. If they sort out their D and run game....watch out!!! Note to the Ravens: get your boy some weapons.
