He was so high that he didn’t know he died so he kept coming and going like he’s always been doing. It is sad when druggies are trapped in their own bodies but you can’t help them if they can’t help themselves. Some are a lost cause but some do really turn around when they hit rock bottom. I believe your in-laws loved him too much that they didn’t let him hit rock bottom for him to wake up. I am glad your parents were supportive and adamant about a better life and you followed through.

I never understood bed rest during pregnancy. I understand if you have complications and it will affect your pregnancy. Anything else is no excuse
