I think you should do Sadaqah for the deceased person. I am not a scholar, but Sadaqah will make hereafter easy for the deceased. Or I guess if there are any property of the deceased it should be fairly inherited by the kids, especially the daughters.

I have been suffering from depression kind of state and I'm often very curious by nature, I cannot sleep for days at time. Sometimes I feel very paranoid and I literally cannot feel anything else beside disproportional fear, but the fear is not of ghosts or Jinn (I don't even believe in them) but I literally start weeping when I listen to Quran for even seconds. Or even listen to any Islamic talk. I would literally avoid TV social media and even people for last 3 years to feel better but I can't. My mood shifts from normal to depressive to elated within few minutes

Bilkul isi tarah mere bhai ko Nazar aata phir humko neend nahi aati hum paseena paseena ho jate kapde se khud ko chupate kapda hatate phir wahi mazar .aakhir subha 5 baje log uthna shuru hote idhar udhar ki aawaaze shuru hoti to ye sab gaayab ho jata hum dono ko kabhi in cheezon ne touch nahi kiya aur humari Umar 12 13 saal tak hone par ye khud hi gaayab ho gaya aaj bhi mei mere bhai se is waqiyat ko discuss karta hun ya yaad karta hun,mere rongte khade hote hein halanki usi umar k baad ek mazeed waqie k alawa zindagii me mein ne koi ajeeb cheez nahi dekhi Aaj mei na to is tarah ka khouf khata na badi se badi horror movie dekh k darta hun.mujhe koi esa ab shoq bhi nahi Allah ne mujhe Deen ki taraf ragib kar diya aur mera ek hi shagl h aur wo hai muslim scholars ko sunnaa kitaabein padhna apne qabil e dastaras halqe mein logon ko sahi taalimat se aagah karna. Aap sabhi se me guzarish karta hun meri kherkhwahi ki dua farmaye.
