Podcast 5 - Regrets in life 1. ہم اپنے والدین کو for granted لے لیتے ہیں۔ انہیں کھونے مے بعد ہمیں احساس ہوتا ہے۔ 2. سمارٹ بندہ وہ ہے جو نعمت چننے سے پہلے اس کی قدر کر لے۔ 3. قیامت کے دن کا نام ہی regrets کا دن ہے۔ 4. اپنی غلطیوں کو درست کرنے کا ابھی بھی ہمارے پاس وقت ہے، اپنے پچھتاوے کا فائدہ ہو سکتا ہے۔ لیکن قیامت کے دن ہمیں پچھتاوں کا کوئی فائدہ نہیں ہو گا۔ 5. جب آپ کو realise ہو جائے تو پھر بلکل بھی دیر نہ کریں۔ 6. بڑھاپے اور عمر کے ساتھ مال کی محبت بڑھتی جاتی ہے۔ (مفہوم الحدیث) 7. کچھ بندے سو رہے ہیں اس زندگی میں 8. تمہاری ہر محفل جس میں اللہ کا ذکر نہ ہو تو وہ قیامت کے دن ہمارا پچھتاوا ہو گا۔ ● ایسی محفل ایسے ہی ہے کہ آپ ایک مردہ گدھے پر سے اٹھے ہیں۔ 9. اگر آپ ایک نعمت کو پکڑ کر پانچ منٹ ان پر غور و فکر کریں شکرگزاری میں تو آپ کو رونا آ جاتا ہے۔ 10. اصل ہجرت گناہوں سے ہجرت کرنا ہے۔ 11. ہمیں دل کو ساف کرنے کی بہت ضروری ہے۔ 12. ہر روز سب کو معاف کر کہ رات کو سویا کریں، پھر اس کے پھل دیکھیں۔ 13. وقت کو ضائع کرنا بھی ایک بڑا پچھتاوا بن جائے گا۔ 14. جب آپ ایک بوڑھے شخص کو دیکھتے ہیں تو کیا سوچتے ہیں کہ جب آپ ان کی عمر میں ہوں گے تو کیا سوچیں گے، آپ کے کیا پچھتاوے ہوں گے۔ 15. اعمال کر لو اس سے پہلے کہ سات چیزیں تم کو پکڑ لیں، یا تم انتظار کر رہے ہو؟ I. فکری کا انتظار II. غنی ہونے کا انتظار III. مرض کا انتظار IV. دجال کا انتظار V. موت کا انتظار VI. دجال کا انتظار VII. قیامت کے دن کا انتظار (مفہوم الحدیث - حدیثکے اصل الفاظ نہیں ہیں۔ ) عمل کی باتیں  کیا میں آج کل سورہ بقرہ پڑھا رہا ہوں؟ اگر نہیں پڑھ رہا تو آج سے شروع کر دیں۔  کیا میں جس محفل میں بیٹھتا ہوں اس میں اللہ کا ذکر کرتا ہوں؟ نہیں کرتا تو ایک سے شروع کر دوں۔  کیا میں کسی کی غیبت نہیں کر رہا، یا ایسی محفل میں تو نہیں بیٹھ رہا۔ اگر ہے تو آج ہی سے اس سے کنارہ کشی اختیار کریں۔

Masha Allah, Bro plan for a sitting in which atleast minimum daily activity based on Seerat. like if a person needs to go to Job 8 hours, 2 to 3 hours for mobilization, 5 time prayers, 12 Sunnat Moukada, few Nafil, few minutes Quran. etc .... actully what i mean to say is the minimum and what is the maximum daily activity is based on sunnah a muslim should follow.
