I think you hold the help button and two of the letter buttons and then turn it on but I don’t know how to access it I know that there is sample test in this toy which goes through one of the samples that are used in the song it doesn’t play the songs in the test mode it just plays the sample of the instrument that is used in the song and it plays it in the key of C major

I believe the unit is on demo mode so it’s continually playing all of the songs etc.

If you look at bottom of the clock. There is a button you can press anytime you want to activate it

@@matthewschmitz8817it doesn’t continuously play all of them, it’s a button that only plays one song on what mode you selected (there should be a switch on the back a, b, and c) and it also plays for the hour on what mode you selected and if your room is bright enough

The "growling noise" it makes when the face moves around would prob drive me a little nuts. It should move with fine precision especially bc it is a clock! I wonder if they all (Melodies in Motion) do this or it bc its is a cheaper quality for Sam's club?

I’ve only really seen this issue on this model clock. The rest I’ve seen don’t make that noise and it’s sort of a hit or miss (from what I’ve heard) with this model on the grinding of the gears

There could be a problem with the circuit board, to lose contacts on the motor, to a broken motor which would need replacing I’m not sure though, and probably isn’t the issue. I’m not sure
