Kids sitting onstage like this seems to be a French thing. Can you imagine US kids of this age being this patient and interested? I've heard that French childrearing prioritizes teaching kids to be respectful and calm when with adults. Much more than is true in the US French audiences seem to include young folks as well as older fans.

I believe 'Jailhouse Blues' was composed by the Australian Christopher W. Stoneking ( born in 1974), from whom Tuba Skinny learnt it during one of their Australia tours.

This takes me back to my schooldays on the 1940's when I first listened to New Orleans music. It was wartime and it gave me a feeling that others had suffered and so this music was born. Could we persuade this group of musicians to visit the UK?
