Many thanks, Jeff Guyot. 'Oh Papa Blues' is on Tuba Skinny's album 'Blue Chime Stomp''. As you can hear, although it has a 12-bar Verse, the Chorus comprises 28 bars. It was composed by Ed Herbert and William Russell as 'Oh Daddy Blues' for Ethel Waters in 1921; but famously recorded as 'Oh Papa Blues' by Ma Rainey in 1927.
