I answered my own question. Dear Almanzoer was done by Celestine's Original Tuxedo Jazz Orchestra, apparently in the 1920's. I just listened to it on KZbin and Tuba Skinny's version is way superior. Their arrangement really jumps. Tuba Skinny once again resurrects a nearly forgotten tune and breathes new life into it. Tuba Skinny, ya'll are a national treasure!
