Many thanks, John. 'Rosa Lee Blues' is included in the band's 'Owl Call Blues' album. Created by Walter Vinson in 1941, it appears to be an eight-to-the-bar 12-bar blues that Vinson played (at a slightly slower tempo) in the key of G. Before Greg sings for the first time, the band plays the final 4 bars as an Introduction, just as Walter Vinson did.

As a very miserable looking jazz double bassist, I can tell you I'm xetermined to concentrate and do my best and not let my band down. We can smile at the audience responses and the recordings afterwards.
