The tool changer design seems very inefficient. That cycle time should be under 1s

When the part requires 2 or more tap sizes the process is much faster than manual. It can also tape parts up to 30’ in length. Idk about u but trying to tap a part that long takes a very very long time.

Question. Are the tapping speeds and feeds the same as machinist handbook recommends? Can you please share what speeds and feeds are being used?

I think that in this type of machine, with his target price, you can customize the drill and the tapping values (and not only them) in the way you prefer!

Simple Machine tool tech knowledge found in lists by the provider of cuttin tools - All precisely fittet to what ever material you are cutting /drilling/tapping in ... And diffrent if running coolant (shut off for better fotography/film.) Aways remember; things in real life are much messier than stage-events, unless paid for extra dirty or directors cut 😉

السعر غالي جدا أخي حوالي 1.5 مليون اورو ، وعلو حسب الابشيونال الدي تضعه على الاله ، قل زدت في التحديت كل ما زاد السعر وقد يصل الى 2/3 مليون اورو
