Tube measuring 100x100x8 mm in steel type S355 bent with internal radius 200 mm, to be used in the construction of agricultural equipment.
The material, received in bars 6 meters long, was cut to size by tube-cutting laser, and subsequently bent on specially equipped machinery with the aid of an internal mandrel capable of reducing the deformation in the bend zone.
The part consists of two bends with internal radius of 200 mm, produced using a matrix designed in-house by the technical office.
The finished bent tube will be used for the construction of an agricultural mulcher for an important Italian client.
