Just got mine. They were super helpful in getting me lined out with what I needed

Awesome to hear that! What are you building?
@michaelmerica56914 жыл бұрын
I'm building my first cage and have some very complex joins in tight spaces. I purchased the Center Line Marking Tool , Laser pointer, Laser Alignment Tool, and 1 1/2 " Tube Tracer. Centurial was excellent with communication on the order and shipment tracking. I'm very pleased with the construction and operation of the tools. As for previous comments on locking the pins when tracing, it doesn't seem like an issue, but I cut a section of bicycle tubing to make a wide rubber band and that works great. These are awesome tools especially for the price.

Thank you very much for the kind and very detailed comment. The pins are tuff we did our best to get the friction just right. We like the rubber band idea we might add that to the kit. Thanks for sharing that little tip. Please keep us up to date with the longevity of the tools. And don't forget we have a 1 yr warranty if you start have issues let us know.

Just found out about you from red beard garage video on your diy tubing notcher kit with the drill press. Very excited about your product I will be doing a motorcycle frame and side car build in the winter if all goes according to plan. I believe it will work out nicely for that and keep it straight. Please make more videos

Thank you and we sure will. We are in the middle of some other projects that are cnc machine related but we hope to be back on fabrication soon and that means more content related to that. Let us know if you need anything. There tube notcher dose have a size limitation at the moment. It can't use any hole saws below 1-1/4. So if your going to use 1 inch or 3/4 just know an adapter will need to be custom made.

@centurialinc2 жыл бұрын
Good question. We have not tested other brands to see if they are compatible. But we have a 2 year no questions asked warranty. You can try it out and let us know if it works or not. If not we will warranty the tools and do a full refund.

You have the right concept.. but wrong application. Thought on this before.. same concept.... you take a rough dimension of a part... height of the pins... and location give a rough stock boundary to generate a simple one tool roughing op... . you link that at the automatic saw.... and use it as a training lead in for potential applicants looking for a future in skilled occupations

Thanks for watching and the comment. We see best results from beginners who need that extra guidance to speed up the imagination portion of fabrication. Very good process you recommended right there. Beginners often times just stare and have no direction at first cause it's so new and foreign. The tracer helps them see directly what they will in time imagine. Same for the string line tools. Thanks again for the comment.

Не стоят эти приспособы 310 долларов . Тоже самое сделаю чуть медленнее но дешевле в 20 раз . Тот кто хорошо соображает в геометрии тому такие приспособы не нужны .
@centurialinc3 жыл бұрын
Медленнее не дешевле. Вы должны учитывать время вашего магазина и заработную плату. Кроме того, у нас открытый исходный код, поэтому, если у вас есть 3D-принтер, вы можете сделать его самостоятельно. Не нужно покупать их у нас.
