The 5 min burn period starts after 10 minutes. Doesn’t matter how fast you finish eating the peanuts. The total challenge is 15 minutes. You did it congrats but I don’t know you’ll be awarded the full points.

You are incorrect Gabe. I have the tube of terror in my hand right now and the rules are: 1) No food or drink. 2) You have 10 mins to finish the tube by eating only 1-2 peanuts at a time. 3) You have to wait 5 minutes AFTER the final peanut to complete the challenge.

@@hunterhass04 I would drink lots of milk to get liquid in and around the challenge food so that when passing through your system it’s not so miserable.

I know a few remedies like citric acid, Ed Currie says lime juice or orange juice.... also I've found that crystalized ginger helps in digestion and works as an aid for the digestive system as well. But yeah I'm gonna take it easy try a few out here and there... and then probably wait until summer time, and then start "Training" to get ready.

The nuts aren't 13 million scoville. Johny often mentions it. It has 13 million scoville capcaisin crystals in the coating but when eating the overall experience is around 3-4 million. You can try pure 13 million extract and i guarantee you will notice a difference of about 10 million scoville.
