@@tubeenglish Madam, though the sentence appears grammatically correct, it's in passive voice . It means somebody is changing his behaviour, and it is not what we intend to imply. "He is being selfish" means, nowadays he is selfish, whereas he was not like that earlier. It doesn't tell about anything continuously changing. He is arrogant and He is being arrogant. Being arrogant implies he is behaving arrogantly at present, is arrogant is simple present and he is generally like that.
