AquaMagis Plettenberg - Gravity Loop | NEW Looping Slide 2024 POV

Take a ride on the Gravity Loop water slide at AquaMagis in Plettenberg, Germany. The body slide serves as a replacement for the old AquaLooping water slide which was situated on the same spot and featured the exact same layout. In order to save energy, AquaMagis is now adding insulations to most of their slides, however, contrary to the 2Fake Illusion and Storm Force 1 slides which have also been insulated, the looping water slide was entirely replaced by a brand-new slide due to its age.
Unlike the old slide, the new one features elaborate LED light effects inside the initial drop which is definitely adding to the experience. After plunging down the steep drop, guests immediately reach the actual looping where they lose most of their speed before accelerating again after the angular point. Luckily, the hard waterjet after the loop was softened significantly which makes the experience much more comfortable. Along with the new slide, the indoor water park also added elaborate theming to the slide complex - the area which is now called Plettenberg Space Station features illuminated planets, new paint, projectors and much more.

Schön das es endlich im Aquamagis weiter geht, spätestens wenn die Kamikaze Rutsche eröffnet ist wird ein weiterer besuch mal wieder fällig. Insgeheim hoffe ich ja das in weiterer Zukunft noch ein weiterer Rutschenturm mit neuen Erlebnissen entstehen wird.

Endlich ein Onride der neuen Version. Die Farbe gefällt mir richtig gut, von den Effekten wäre vielleicht noch mehr drin gelegen. Nichtsdestotrotz, nur schon durch den sanfeteren Wasserschwall eine bessere Rutsche als ihr Vorgänger😅 Gratulation, dass ihr das Logo gestalten durftet, sieht toll aus! 💯 Ich finds auch super, wie das Aquamagis immer weiter investiert, ich bin gespannt, was noch so kommen wird

Danke 👍🏻 Klar wären noch mehr Effekte schön, aber aufgrund des Wassers wären sie sowieso kaum wahrnehmbar gewesen. Es ist also verständlich, dass man sich dagegen entschieden hat.

Das Teil haben sie ja schnell hochgezogen und super mit dem aktualisierten Wasserschwall👍 Und auch besonders die Umgestaltung im Rutschenturm ist ne super Sache und tolle Überraschung --> aber warum warum man sich für ein Space Thema entschieden hat, welches man bereits im Palm Beach und Galaxy vorfindet, ist etwas seltsam. Was anderes (Jungle etc.) wäre sicher auch cool und abwechslungsreicher gewesen. PS: Aber wieso denn *Pink* 😅

Das Space-Thema war im Turm wesentlich besser umsetzbar und passt auch thematisch deutlich besser zur neuen Kamikaze-Rutsche. Es wird außerdem noch weitere Veränderungen im Rutschenturm geben

this water park is on my bucket list, they really are the one when it comes to creative and innovative slides. They got disco light slides, stand up slides, a jump slide, an air powered slide, a loop slide with no trap door, a trap door slide etc

Me and my boyfriend, we went for a ride on a similar slide in Antwerpen Sportoase, in Belgium. He loves this kind of slide but I hate the fact that I hurt my head everytime I am at the start of the slide. Very impressive and it must have been very difficult to record here in such a powerful slide like this one.

I don't see how you could hit your head if you stick to the proper riding position. The one at Sportoase has actually the exact same start as it was made by the same manufacturer. It was not overly difficult to record btw :)

On this slide you need to be 14 years old or to ride (Children 13 and under are forbidden to ride due to extremity). In the United States, the slides don't have minimum age requirements like some of those in Europe

I've gone on some European waterpark websites before and have found that some slides like intense looping trapdoor ones have a minimum age requirement as high as 15/16 years old. They do also seem to be built different manufacturers and seem more intense then ones in the U.S. for some reason even though some look almost identical. Turbo Blitz isn't a trapdoor one but an intense one with that sharp turn. No wonder kids 15 and under are banned from riding it.

Es ist sehr teuer, eine Rutsche nachträglich zu isolieren. Das lohnt sich bei einer 15 Jahre alten Rutsche nicht mehr. Ein Neubau kann also die bessere Entscheidung sein.

You can hit it if you decide not to ride. You can't just go back as the turnstile cannot be turned into the opposite direction w/o pressing the button.

Den chip musst du vorhalten zur Alterskontrolle. Kinder bekommen einen anderen Chip als Jugendliche und Erwachsene und kommen mit ihrem Chip nicht rein...

@@DerZeppterdesAldi Das ist so nicht korrekt. Es wird keine Chip-Kontrolle am Drehkreuz durchgeführt, man kommt theoretisch auch mit Kinder-Chips durch. Die Rutsche ist ab 14 Jahren und erst ab 16 Jahren bekommt man einen "Erwachsenen-Coin". Der Scanner ist noch ein Relikt aus den Anfangszeiten, als jeder Rutschvorgang einen Euro gekostet hat.
