The Worst Coach In NFL History: How Josh McDaniels Ruined The Las Vegas Raiders…

The Las Vegas Raiders are an absolute mess and it's been that way for about 20 years, but, recently when the Raiders brought together a team centered around Derek Carr, Davante Adams, Josh Jacobs, and Maxx Crosby, in 2022 the Raiders had a chance to do something special under new head coach Josh McDaniels, however, that isn't what happened at all. Instead, McDaniels absolutely burned this roster to the ground and as a Raider fan myself, I got to witness this devastation first hand and it was heartbreaking, so in this video, we go over all the terrible decisions Josh McDaniels made to ruin the most talented Las Vegas Raiders team in recent history. I have been a Raiders fan for a very long time: I remember watching us get our asses handed to us by the Buccaneers in Super Bowl 37 I remember watching JaMarcus Russell become the biggest bust in NFL history, while wearing silver and black But none of those things compared to what Josh McDaniels did to this team… that man single-handedly set us back at least a decade. I like AP, but it’s kind of hard to not come to the conclusion that he doesn’t know how to manage a football game… We are just broken, the NFL made sure we would not be contenders anytime soon… emails that say a few bad words are no good, but Rachee Rice can run over four people with his car and still play… Love it

After scoring a TD on a pretty good drive, Justin Fields went straight to his HC to shake his hand. The HC looked up at Fields from his clip-board: held his eyes for about three seconds. The turned & walked away leaving Fields with his hand held out there. On the sidelines. In front of his entire team. The HC responsible for making sure these players work together to Win Games made sure to do that to a QB he kept putting in to start games. This was merely the beginning. But for some reason NFL fans have a serious hate-boner for Fields. Maybe it's because they *know* that the Bears sabotaged him & our desire to gang up on victims lord of the flies style is so tempting because that's what the rhetoric says. "Fields sucked & it had *nothing whatever to **_do with_* play-calling" is followed by "we're glad Getsy's gone because He Sucked." At what if not play-calling? I’ve always respected and thoroughly enjoyed the way the Raiders played; penalties, of which the Raiders got plenty, never slowed them down. Our teams were AFC West divisional rivals from 1977 until 2001-until the Seahawks were moved to the NFC West-and I always knew our games were going to be a kick ass brawl. The Los Angeles Raiders beat us up in the 1983 AFC Championship game 30-14 and would go on to win their third Super Bowl in franchise history that year. It helped that in our first play-off appearance, the Super Bowl winner knocked us out. Damn, this was really heart breaking. The way McDaniel treated Carr was vindictive BS. I’ve always maintained Joshie was an ass wipe, now I’m certain of it. Surely no owner will be moronic enough to make him a HC again. I’m confident your Raiders will rise again. Well you know everything comes from owner. Owner weak= Team weak. When Raiders lost that super bowl it took a lot out of Al Davis. He put everything to get back. Then he was set on drafting jabustas Russell going so far as to call him a great player. When Kiffin wanted megatron. The game had past Al Davis at that point. With Mark Davis he is way too impatient and jumps the gun. Plus he is oblivious. Firing Del Rio for Gruden. Then thinks it’s made but hold on Gruden resigns then has to start all over. Mcdaniels start all over. Every time the team gets held back every three to four years. AP another three to four. But he better keep AP because if he doesn’t nobody is going to want the Raiders HC job. We have trouble getting Offensive coordinators to come to us.
