I think the Steelers have a good formula for winning. A defense that is strong but can also take the ball away. Giving your offense short fields. Justin fields is dynamic enough for splash plays and getting first downs when yall need it. And Chris Boswell is a reliable enough kicker that if yall at least get past the 45 you have a chance to score points

Seahawks didn’t blow the doors off those teams due to fixable mistakes of them shooting themselves in their own foot repeatedly. If they can get even mediocre OL protection, they could go on a major run. Feel like most people only seeing the score and the teams they played and aren’t watching the games. Hawks have insane talent on both sides of the ball. I’m having 2012 feelings with this team. They’re bout to bubble!

Seems like plenty to me. Also, the Seahawks had a 98-yard touchdown drive at the end of the game. Even shooting themselves in the foot the entire 3rd quarter, the Seahawks offense could move the ball and score. Any positioning difference Tua would've caused could have been overcome. Assuming Tua doesn't just throw picks like he week 2 and actually give the Seahawks BETTER position than they actually had

I see a whole lot of "what ifs," but the fact remains that the Seahawks are one of only 5 teams without a loss yet and are the first team to hold 3 straight teams to less than 150 passing yards since the Steel Curtain. I'm not saying we're going to be undefeated, or even that we'll win the division. But put some goddam respect on a team that's earned it without a million qualifiers. And if you want to play the record game, the combined record of Seahawks' opponents this year to this point is 3-6. The combined records of the Bills and Chiefs opponents is 2-7 each. If you're going to stay consistent with the logic of "haven't played any winning teams yet, so mid," those teams are also mid. The Chiefs haven't beaten anybody by more than a TD either. If you say that argument is BS, you're right. The argument of stronger opponents is largely one used to fit teams into expectations, like the Chiefs being good and the Seahawks being mid. If you're consistent with the argument, those teams are on equal footing. Otherwise, you're making shit up for what feels right to you when you use that argument. The Seahawks lost Leonard Williams and Byron Murphy halfway through the game. They were also missing one of their starting linebackers and both 1st and 2nd string right tackle on the O-line. It's not like they were a fully healthy team either. Yet they dominated. There was no reason the (as far as I'm aware) healthy Dolphins' defense couldn't do the same. Yet they didn't. The Seahawks' guards are pretty much all that's keeping them at just a good team instead of being elite, and they're playing above mid. It's fucking time people get it
