It may not have been offsides. But in all fairness, the goal only went in because half the Madrid Defenders hear the whistle and stopped playing. This goal (if it had still been scored without the whistle) should 100% have gone to VAR. That is why Tichel was correctly upset. What VAR would have decided is anybody’s guess. They are pretty inconsistent.

@@shericompshd2 I don’t know about that? I can’t say for sure if it was even offsides? But what is indisputable is that the linesman should not have flagged and the ref should have allowed play to continue anyways. I mean, that’s why we have VAR. So, regardless, it was two massive mistakes at football’s highest level.

Because to ref whistle a little bit later, but the whistle before the shot, Lubin didn't position itself because of it. He's still right! Could've been a goal, absolutely, do by modern football rules you never do that, period, you wait until the play is over. He's also right about that if it was in the other side of the pitch it wouldn't happen. It didn't happen on the second goal of RM. They waited on the final instance to go to VAR. So why in one end do one thing and 10 minutes later do the opposite. He is fuming and rightly so

@@fyraga9654 A very similar situation did happen a few minutes before at the other end. The refs waited, got it wrong, and VAR fixed things. Which makes their mistake 2 minutes later unforgivable.

Exactly. You have to rewatch their game VS Leipzig from this UCL campaign. Leipzig got a regular goal disallowed. Vini choked (for real) one of Leipzigs defenders (the ref saw it) and didn't receive red. It's *always* in favor of Real.

He should "fume" about his players who, according to himself, needed to be taken off because of their lack of fitness. I mean, Bayern had no domestic cup games all season and the Bundesliga was decided alread, last weekend. What exactly is the excuse this time? Can't be the packed schedule right? So what is rhe reason Kane couldn't play a CL semi final for 90 minutes? Lack of sleep? Not in the right mood? What was it?

People don't understand the lines ref had a clear view of 2 bayern players ahead from his angle. The problem is on camera whats causing the debate.. because its showing a rear view of players posture not the actual offside line. Either way would been a loss to bayern the oppsite team wouldve tried abit more to defend if they didnt hear ref whistle, especially for GK dont think would been difficult to catch. Other scenario if bayern drew they are still in disadvantage after they subed off their key players.

Its footy though u never know you can defend small decisions from low tier refs but mistakes of this caliber by two high tier refs is bordeline ridiculous and shouldnt be happening i say they remove the actual flags so they can no longer signal offside and has to be done by earpiece.

Tuchel is a 100% right. Weird and wrong decision. Check the analysis on sky, de Ligt was under no pressure from the defence, Bayern got robbed.

Bayern should have been eliminated because it wasn't up to Real's level at all. After scoring the first goal, the defense completely failed and conceding two goals.

Because God's justice has been done. In the Bayern-Galatasaray match in Germany, one of our goals was not counted, there was a foul in the position you scored before the goal, and the last goal scored by Kane was a clear offside. It was examined by VAR for minutes. And then the goal was counted. But there was no image reflected on the screen. The offside line was not drawn.

@@roberthardy5171first of all, player who received the ball wasn’t offside. Second, even if he was very apparently offside, which it wasn’t that apparent, you would let the play end and then raise your flag. It was a huge mistake. And kind of fishy🤔
