It's actually called carefresh. It's recycled newspaper, and it's pretty natural stuff.. except for a little dust, I really liked it. Although I've had to sell all of my skinks because I'm moving to Korea.

I use a full spectrum uvb tube but those spiral uvb's r bad news i have not heard 1 good report about them.

Ya the other person who posted about the light is right those coil uv bulbs are very bad for their eyes they get blindness and permanent closing of 1 eye change that out plz dude

hey bro, hate 2 brake it 2 u but that UVB bulb u are using is bad 4 their eyes. It blinds em. Google compact uvb bulb studies snow blidness
