You should add more commentary to your videos. Love the accent and I'm sure more people would love to hear you talk about the recovery and the process. I'm also surprised you don't have beefier bumpers on your helper sleds. Good luck and stay safe out there.

Living in the Kootenays we always do our own extractions. This kind of service is going to be more widespread as more out of town people come to play and can't stay another day to recover a dead sled as well as not having the skills we 30+ year riders have at recovering a dead sled. Heli is a lot more expensive in areas not near an airport and have seen an instance where Heli had to drop a sled for safety reasons and the junk still had to be recovered. I have changed engines, pistons and tracks in the backcountry to get a sled out as well as the winching and pulling uphill involved when that was not an option. Had a crank fail on one of my own sleds last weekend and it was a lucky thing that it died on the right side of the mountain where I had to do a luge run down a waterfall drainage on a dead sled with only 1 50 ft hill to pull it up to road to get it back to the truck. These guys do an awsome service for the tourists.

What’s your track speed on that long 1. Do you have a chaincase or belt? I run a planetary drive.

Damn, do you have a radiator with a fan behind the seat? Serious cooling 👍

With the tunnel this short, not much snow goes into it to cold it down
