That puzzle is much older than 1994. My Grandmother has one that she got from one of her cousins in Arkansas in the early 80's.

THIS JUST THE TUCKER JONES STIRRUP METAL PUZZLE WITH THE LARGE SHUTTLE NOT IN THE USUAL LONG LOOP FORM, BUT TURNED BACKWARDS INTO A HEART - THE MOVES ARE THE SAME - LOOK AT THE FINISHED SOLUTION WHEN YOU PLACE THE HEART ON THE TABLE - IF YOU JUST BEND THE LEGS OF THE NORMAL SHUTTLE BACKWARDS AND FORM THEM INTO A HEART YOU HAVE THE TUCKER DOUBLE BYPASS PUZZLE
