Homelessness is getting worse. Taxpayers are paying the price.
We saw it in Phoenix’s homeless Zone when the city allowed lawlessness to run wild. We saw it in Tucson, too. Amid rampant homelessness, hardworking Arizona taxpayers are being forced to bear the burden of a city’s refusal to do its duty to protect public health and safety, paying out of pocket to install fences, hire security, clean up garbage, human waste, and other hazardous materials themselves.Vote YES on Prop 312 to hold our cities accountable.

Maybe the homeless problem was caused by greedy landlords increasing rent 25-30% per year. Or predatory lenders selling balloon mortgages people couldn't afford. Maybe move your business to a better neighborhood and don't scapegoat victims of greed run amuck in America. It's going to get worse if we don't start trusting God by doing what's right over what's profitable. Do we trust in God or our own self righteousness? What did Jesus say about how to treat the homeless?
