Tucson-Pima County Joint Code Committee - September 10, 2024

The Tucson-Pima County Joint Code Committee (TPCJCC) is a consolidation of the Building, Electrical, Plumbing and Mechanical Code Committees. It has been established to review and make recommendations regarding amendments to: Building Code, Residential Code, Existing Building Code, Electrical Code, Energy Conservation Code, Mechanical Code, Plumbing Code, Swimming Pool & Spa Code, and any code that may be adopted by the City of Tucson in the future and made the purview of the Committee by separate ordinance. The Committee shall also serve as a standing committee between code reviews.
