I love all your makes, beautiful work!!! Think I'll buy the monster book. I made that Morning Cat...that was a chore, too many parts, cute though. I look forward to your videos, great content and your southern charm is endearing!!! Christmas... I love watching the excitement in my 2 daughters eyes and the glee of my 2 little Grandkids so for that I welcome all the chaos of the holiday. I just lost my brother. Confession: I'm not a perky person, either. And, Christmas can be exhausting for people like you and me. I try really hard to be cheerful at this time of year and it takes a lot out of me. I find that if I crochet or knit some Christmas items it helps to put me in the mood. Fake it till you make it! I love the hat you have on, the reindeer and elephant lovey are really cute!

I love your reindeer and Christmas hat! The Nativity book will be a good project, I think! Menopause was hard for me, too! My husband and I just eat Thanksgiving and Christmas at the truck stop. No dishes to wash or food to prepare. It's easier, but I miss the big family gatherings we used to have before my mom went in the nursing home. I want to make a blanket for my daughter, but don't know when I'm going to get it started, because I have a new puppy named Daisy. She gets into everything!

Good Afternoon Kelly. I am always so glad to see that you have a video up. Don't feel bad about being a Grinch. I have been a Grinch for several years. I haven't even put up a tree for many years. I am also like you in just fixing a good meal and get the family together. Of course it usually just my two boys and their families and the grandkids. But, that is just ok. I don't tress over presents because I refuse to put myself in a financial bind over buying presents. So I have been making stuff for my up coming market the first part of December. All I want to do is crochet but I do have to work. Well, you take care of yourself and enjoy your family for the holidays.

I love your hat, so cute! I've got my Christmas shopping almost done, I am one of those crazy Christmas ladies. Once school starts, I am ready. I haven't put a tree up the last few years, my house is so small and no one sees it but us. I do other decorations though. I quit watching the news after the election, too depressing.
