Alex, thank you, as always. I'm going to have my kids get their wish lists done ASAP because I want to try to get their Christmas gifts in case they become unavailable or the prices get jacked up due to the strike. I sure hope bananas aren't affected. I purchase 25-30 bananas each week.

These workers who worked at the ports from ME to TX were on the strike. Not again! Too many strikes over the finances they couldn’t deal with. Hope they can make negotiations on the contracts and go back to work with better pays and benefits. Cross fingers! Good luck! Jimmy Carter, forner Democrat state Senator, governor of GA and US President already became 100! It is unbelievable. He outlives for longer times. Hopefully, he will vote for Kamala Harris on the Election Day. Happy 100th Birthday, Jimmy Carter! 🫡 salute!

About strikes, we went to shopping toilets papers and waters bottles are O-U-T! Lucky, we got everything done. I live in east coast. People out there please grab ur supplies like laundry detergent, soap, toilets, foodstuffs, etc.

Thank you for delivering news in ASL today! Here are my thoughts on some of the news that were shared. As for Iran attacking Israel, it is sad to see countries make rumors of wars or initiate wars, because it just continues the cycle of hatred, violence, war, and death. As there being a mass shooting in Israel, the shooters did not have the love of God in their hearts. As for Pete Rose dying at 83, first of all, sports do not matter in the grand scheme of things. Second of all, it is sad to see people live long lives but they haven't turned to God. As for the port workers' strike, this wouldn't have happened if the world didn't keep the costs of living from rising too much over the decades. As for Jimmy Carter turning 100, it is amazing to see the longevity of people, but like I said earlier, it is sad to see people live long lives without turning to God.

Gambling when you have inside information might not be legal? Not sure. For example, if Pete Rose knew one of the important players was sick and couldn't play, that would be an unfair advantage.
