i used to get that same rubber stuff from my friend who drove a tractor trailer delivering that paper. stuff works good,had some in my box for years. nice score on the box

I've got my toolbox at work loaded with stickers, almost a couple dozen now haha. Those rubber mats should make perfect liners for that tool box.

When you pull out the drawers, you should be able to access the bolts that hold the lock cylinders in place. Unbolt them and take them to a lock smith and get them re-keyed or replaced. They are a common style. Should be fairly cheap. But if you do this. Get extra, extra keys...Ha......Bo.
