If I put this on the wood flooring of our John Boat we still want the floor to dry so it doesn't rot from the bottom up. Will this stop evaporation so the flooring will never truly dry?

Host talks to much. It would be more useful to spend more time on the application and the finished results and well as use and durability of this product. Fiberglass was mentioned but no example was shown. Can this product be used as a non skip for sailboat decks? Non skip on a sailboat is a serious safety issue.
