Great to have an audiobook, however i have found challenging to listen as the narrator keeps saying "plate" when the translation is actually a "plait" like a hair braid! Which makes much more sense. Hope this helps someone trying to visualise it properly 🙏

I haven't listened to all of this yet, but I love it so far! Many years ago, when I had been doing a lot of lucid dreaming, one night I got sick of controlling everything. I was choosing everything that would happen, everything others would do or say.... and I decided I prefer to not know, to be surprised and discover, leaving a part of the dream veiled from myself. I changed my way of dreaming. It also gave me real insight into the question of- why would we choose to enter into this world, in a state of being half asleep, with so much hidden from us? Because it is interesting! More recently, I became lucid in a dream when I thought I was awake, but heard a lot of people in my livingroom. Then I knew this was impossible, and I was dreaming. So I went out to see, and there was a big party. I was walking through the people, and I said to this one guy, "What is it like to be in someone elses dream?" with humor. He laughed back and said, "How do you know it is not you who are in MY dream?" We laughed so hard....

Ive begun my journey today by practicing being in my awareness center throughout the work day. Im trying to get comfortable being aware of the inner and outer screens at the same time while completing tasks.. this practice seems like the first step to regaining control over the current slide. But I may need some advice as to where the plate is on my spine. I get the feeling its between my shoulder blades

I’ve heard his is some of the best material to manipulate one’s world/experience of it! Other much older teachers were Neville Goddard & Dr. Joseph Murphy who both taught The Laws of Mind! Vadim is supposed to be EXCELLENT! But if you can’t find it...just do a search for these guys. Everyone is learning how to do this & then teaching it! Best to you & yours! ♥️💕🌟

The intention plate sounds like it’s in the same spot as the cord of the 2nd body, as Robert Monroe (Journeys Out of the Body author) put it, or the Astral body having the root system which is between the shoulder blades that morphs into a cord which is 2” thick that is attached to the physical body...??? Interesting stuff!

I was a little confused about this "plate", and how to picture this. But I found the Russian version and had it translated- it is "plait" - the word for "braid" ! A russian site had it illustrated like a cord hanging down from the back of the head to between the should blades. It being "raised" is when it is rising up off the back.. like a sort of antenna reaching out. That is why she speaks of the tip (a round plate hasn't a tip...)

It’s actually “plait” but the narrator mispronounces it as “plate”. It should be read as “plat”. It’s like an energy cord at the back of our head, imagine a braid hanging down from your head down along your spine to your shoulder blades.
