PCQ: this is getting very unrealistic. Please try to at least sign or go for players Barca are linked to. There was no reason to sell Ter Stegen just to bring in Ederson. Also change your formation back to a 4-3-3 holding with a CDM. You need stability. Invest in zubimendi, guido, palhinha or kimmich. And yes, improve the RB spot. Likely with Arnau Martinez, but if not then just make it someone more believable. With the financial spot Barca is in, they are going to be looking at a lot more options within Spain. Maybe at Ajax because of the connection but they won’t be able to afford huge sums from other leagues. Lastly, not a critique but it would help open the game for you… learn a couple reliable skill moves. At least roulette, croqueta, elastico, maybe sombrero and directional nutmeg. These will help significantly when you get 1 on 1s or allow you to cut back inside with the same player instead of always needing 3-4 passes just to get the ball inside for a shot

PCQ: If you sold players, you should only limit it to Araujo and Frenkie, who would actually might go. Raphinha, Kounde or anyone else would not accept a move while those two can. However, to make it realistic, deduct the amount of wages that Frenkie still got deferred from the club from the sale money to make it like Barca just pay him to leave

You can sell: Christensen Eric Garcia Lenglet Frenkie De Jong Oriol Romeu Raphinha You’ll have enough money to buy a world class left wing and right back. Plus these players aren’t crucial players in the team as they all have replacements. You might even think about getting a veteran midfielder to give some experience to the team along with Gundogan. Start 11: Ederson, RB, Kounde, Araujo, Balde, Gundogan, Gavi, Pedri, Yamal, LW, Dybala Subs: Peña, J. Araujo, Cubarsi, Inigo, Fermin, CM, Fati, Zito, Roque

A solid cdm, I promise you line in cdm would solve everything. Your right backs push up and the mid fielders push down on the counter, so having a fast solid ball winner running back and can receive and pass the ball well like kounde would be great
