I wish the authorities could establish a hotline with rapid response back up to rescue children and stern action for the abusers taken. For this beast, his neighborhood should cheza kiwao after watching this. I doubt he will be missed by anybody. I know two girls this happened to. One girl her father married someone else n still abused her n the wife knew about it. The other girl was able to escape one night when the father was trying to rape her. She went to neighbors n called the cops. Father got arrested n been in jail for 15 years now.
