My mom walked out of an abusive relationship (i was 9 months only) , the 4 of us grew up with my grandparents, they were very poor but loved us unconditionally. Years later my moms business grew up she was able to move in with us and educated us. She passed on recently just after my young sister graduated . (R.I.p mama) She taught us never to allow a man to use you like a door mat. You r special she will always say. Am married ,my husband respects me and he is very supportive.
