I'm a South African but I have always been fascinated by the music of Zimbabwe and that made me to study the country and fell in love with its subjects I remember listening to chitekete by tembo not understanding the lyrics until one of Zimbabwean friends explain the meaning to me, I never found the people on the African continent so humble,loving and dammit educated, the failure of our motherland had always been the wrong application of leadership
@nyaradzomimmiemashamba32075 жыл бұрын
Mishack Nthane thank you much love from Zim
@mukundutm5 жыл бұрын
Thank you so much Misheck Nthane for the compliment.yes indeed Zimbas are very educated ,we happen to have the highest literacy rate in Africa.However we sometimes shoot ourselves with that so-called education.Point of collection Chitekete by Leonard Dembo & not Tembo.

Oliver Mtukudzi dancing to a fellow musician's song shows he wasn't a jealous person... It takes being humble to appreciate the good work of a fellow
@mukundutm5 жыл бұрын
Yes he wasnt a jealousy man,lest we forget it was Mukanya who advised TUKU in the early 70s to ditch singing in English and embrace traditional music that depicted our culture.Tuku duly obliged.
