Hope I don't drive you crazy with questions, but I'm wondering how much variation there is in the length of your pieces of tulle. Sounds like you cut a 15" piece and just laid it on top of the tulle coming off the roll and then cut it? So there would be slight differences in length?

right,.I used one piece as a guide then cut the rest. there is some variation, but not a lot

I used 2 of each color, but the rolls were from Hobby Lobby. I've seen tulle at DT this year, but the roll is MUCH smaller.

I saw that Hobby Lobby has a 100yd roll for 9.99 (and then 50% off), but it is not glitter tulle. It is in the Christmas decor section.
