Hello there! yes if the tulle is soft it will become curly so I usually brush it with my hand… but there are other tulle quality that is hard… ty

Hello there just tie the cloth underneath in both sides… then when u attach the table skirt you use pins… thank you 🥰

@@AzenithPerez Oh ok, so tie the actual table cloth underneath rather than having it hang down. So this should not slid down hence making it more so fitted like a fitted sheet then pin the skirt on to it.
