I have all supplies to make tumbler just need to figure out how remove background to make a decal but this did help me decide to use clear or white water slide

Can you just put a clear cast decal on a tumbler or do you need to prep the tumbler and use a top coat etc?

If you plan to add a top coat you should but if you're just leaving the sticker with nothing else the you don't have too!

Could you seal the printable vinyl with glitter glue instead of spray paint

If I bought waterproof sticker paper for my inkjet printer and I thought I didn't have to seal it and I put them on my cup and added britone Tone, will something happens when I put the additional layers of BT?

So you already have brite tone on them? some need to be sealed and some don't...it really depends on the brand...but if nothing happened then you should be fine
