Most Christians are very poor in financial planning. This could be because the religion teaches them to rely on God for their future. The Church too is not taking much interest to educate them in the matter as they think that it is not in their purview. Lay organizations are required to step in and educate our people in this matter. These days it appears that our people are keeping themselves busy in Retreats, pilgrimages and other pious practices etc. Very few are interested in financial talks and regret when it is too late and then start praying for their financial well being.
