One of the Sacrament that keeps the Soul is that Sacrament of Confession. The Sinner thst knows thst he or she is the Sinner receives Christ's Mercy and bring the soul in grace with God. Meaning thst who doesn't see himsrlf or herself as a sinner doesn't live in grace With God. Lives blindly to the what promotes him with God or his spiritual life that matters much before God remains wasted in this world without grace for ever and conterminated with the things of this world.
