Thank you Doctor. I would ask one thing for future videos, that is to include the patients ages. I am 60 and have lost nearly 60 pounds so far. This started 8 months ago, so I feel I am doing pretty well. I am a handicap with a bad back and would like to get my life back. The first and most major step is losing about 120 pounds. Next is hopefully having one or the other done, but I am worried about hanging skin. I've not been able to do much of any exercise in more than 20 years, so I am expecting my stomach muscles are weak.

So now I'm looking into having liposuction on my stomach. For example is there some task I should be able to accomplish physically; like them perhaps I think it's called a plank (where you lay on your back and hold your legs up over the floor for certain period of time) or perhaps a certain number of crunches with in a certain period of time? Lastly if you're anticipating surgery at an advanced date in the future, say in a 4-6 months, is there anything that one can do to increase the strength of the stomach muscles such that liposuction may become the better option?
