Tuna Bake - Light Meal Idea

Today we make Tuna Bake.
Ingredients you will need:
2 x 179g Cans of tuna
1 Onion
1 Red bell pepper
2 Cups grated cheddar cheese
400ml Milk
2 Eggs, beaten
2 Teaspoons salt
2 Teaspoons mustard powder
60ml (4 tablespoons) Self raising flour
Black pepper and garlic & herb spice
