Hi I Gina. When I was a little girl in the '60s I used to make tuna noodle casserole. And I do remember crushing the potato chips on the top of it. That was the best part to me. I used egg noodles, cream of chicken soup, tuna and potato chips.

Hi Gina, I just love Tuna Noodle Casserole! In the later 1970’s when I had my first apartment and money was tight. I would make a 9x 13 pan of this and it was dinner for the week. Really helped to stretch my food budget.

I have made several variations to my Tuna Noodle Casserole, but my favorite is the classic recipe. It is delicious with Chicken, if I have left over Roast Chicken, I have used this I actually cook my noodles about 5 minutes as they will finish cooking in the oven.
