Wow, makes me appreciate my desk job. Can't imagine how tired the workers are being on their feet all day. 😩 Nice to see how food gets made and is packaged. Hi Mohamed - the video you posted on tuna sparked a great conversation, some pro others con. It's obviously a conversation worth having and there's room to share more information with people to educate them and make them more aware fo the realities of this phenomenon. It happens that by protecting tuna, one is not vegan, but also protects the oeans, the planet and especially the peoples' jobs who work in the fishing industry. I went to the Starkist Tuna cannery on a school field trip decades ago and I have never been able to forget the smell. On days when I am not feeling well I can smell that damn cannery coming back to aunt my senses. That cannery was no where near this clean. There were blood, guts, and fish parts all over the place.

I cant speak for every brand but the tuna ive bought in the past is 40% water. Ill check a more recent purchase to see how it goes. And the canned chopped clams are mostly water in some.cases.
