It's by Lifeformed, an incredibly talented Taiwanese ambient/electronic artist. He also made the soundtrack for Dustforce, which is one of my favorite games of all time. Every song on that album is amazing 😁 He has a KZbin channel where every song he's made is available.

I think the praying particles only appear when you discover mana. It's not related to the manual page.
