This is a great looking stitch, you are so right, it looks exactly like a piece of bamboo. My swatch came out nice, a bit too tight and curling a whole lot, but it looks good when I flatten it out. Haha. Thanks Michael, really like this one and am thinking I may make a small bag out of it. Would like to learn to increase and decrease this stitch. Just to have that in my back pocket if needed. 💜🧶🤟🏼

Awesome. I will work it up and show a decrease and increase in this stitch. It will be a bit before I can do that but I promise I will. It’s now on my list of things to do.

I must say, beautiful stitch, very easy to memorize, but I felt like I had fumbly fingers doing it. I am sure, with more practice it will come much easier. But I do have to say, at first, more than a few bad words flew out of my mouth! 🤣🤣🤣🤬🤬🤬 thank you for this tutorial.❤

When I learned it years ago I used a smaller crochet hook to move that wrap over then a small darning needle and eventually went to my fingers. It’s my pleasure to bring these tutorials to everyone as I love Tunisian and I love teaching the stitches.

Nice Michael. I can’t believe you find all these stitches. And as a side note- I really hate the back bumps as I crochet tightly. I have adjusted for it but still don’t like it but the finish is perfect.
@mdlcrochet3 ай бұрын
There are over 400 Tunisian stitches and I know about 380ish and have only put out about 40 or so since I do it once a week so many many more to come. I too dislike the back bump but yes, the finished project loves the back bump lol.
