Huge respect mate for completing this and bring this beauty back from the dead, and to such a high standard. I had one of these from new in '82 and it will always hold a place dear in my heart. Well done again.

I've restored a 4L0 and a 31K. To my own specs. What you have done there is fantastic. Back to original!! Though I would say that the bottom part of the side panel is matt black. Not all white. Just an observation!!!

Where do I start...A great watch, a great bike and a great resto. Enjoyed every minute of it. I did want one back in the 80's but was ignored by the salesman, bought a Honda 250N instead, I still have several of the Honda's including 3 400t's. The LC has always eluded me and now silly prices. I hope you still have the bike. Awra best! Gee.

Nice to see it on the road and in the front room, great to see someone doing it all them self instead of sending parts out to be cleaned. That tank looked tricky I thought it was unfixable. Top job fella.

Beautifully done mate. I bought a 125 back in 84 to pass my test on. It was a later model in blue with the cockpit fairing and belly pan. I loved it and when I get my shed/workshop in order I plan to do (hopefully) a similar job with a black 350. So glad I found this vid. You have given me some inspiration to get on with it. All the Best...Ja

Had my first RD 250 LC in 1980, got knocked off of that one and brought another one in 1981 traded it in for a RD 350 YPVS in 1983....Always have fond memories of that bike, same colour as the one in this video. Feel like trading down from my R1 just to have that 2 stroke feel again.

What a perfect story that you tell with no spoken word, i was wishing that when you got to the paint job that you would paint it Black as i thought that it would look really good all Black. Stunning looking job, that bike is so lucky that it has you.

I’m doing four restoration’s at the moment two are Yamaha’s a Honda Elsinore and Kawasaki. And I’m appreciating others getting there hands dirty. One more bike saved, 👏 well done I bought a ypvs a few year’s ago. Never liked the first one I had when they where new. But the LC was a really good looking bike. I could see one in my garage soon. great job beautiful paint thanks for sharing. You earned that bike Enjoy
