The funniest thing is "Arm-wrestling" is one of the worst measures of strength. These people put their entire body into a match. This is nothing but dummies, matching arbitrary strength, not realizing most of the strength comes from the pecs and maybe a jump on the count-down. There is no "arm" in this, its all inner pec.

Brother, “regular” armwrestling (not this) is literally only internal rotation lol Not sure why I have to point this out but your “body” is only as strong as your arm can hold. The arm is always the strength bottleneck. If my elbow flexors are failing it doesn’t matter how much “body” I put into it
