Tupac wrote this song about someone who he thought was his homeboy, Pac even let him feature in some of his music videos. One day, while out doing some business with Arsenio Hall, Pac's apartment got robbed by this fool. Pac couldn't believe it, he called the Police to sort it out and they were like, "So!?". It was then Pac decided to vent it out on this track, whether or not anything happened to the crackhead is a mystery as no names were mentioned. (Source, Tupac interview with Chuck Phillips, 1995)
