Duane "Keffe D" Davis, the man charged in rapper Tupac Shakur's 1996 murder, made his first court appearance Wednesday morning in Las Vegas. CBS News correspondent Elise Preston has more.

It's been known exactly who was responsible. The reason he was not arrested till now was because Tupac was still alive in witness protection. He survived but suffered very serious injuries that ultimately did cause his death. Tupac wasn't the same "Tupac" after the shooting. His mental capacity wasnt the same. Once he did finally die from complications of the shooting the suspect was finally arrested.
