To answer your question about the best Pac song's. Letter to my unborn is decent but if you've listened to Pac's entire catalog from front to back,that song isn't even in his top 20 imo. I gotta be honest,I'm tired of the "WHO'S THE GOAT" question.It's really all about your personal preference. Some people listen to music for the beats.And some listen for lyrical content.But my personal favorites are Pac, Scarface, Dmx and Beanie Sigel.I prefer them because they put me where I need to be emotionally.And Pac is my personal number one because he has the ability to make u feel his words and message more than anyone.U can be the most lyrical rapper ever but if your words not really hitting a nerve,the lyrics don't mean anything.So Saying someone is a better rapper than Pac is cool because in my opinion,he was bigger than just being a Rapper.Those other rappers like Nas and Biggie were great rapper's,but Pac is an Icon outside of being a Rapper.His interviews are better than most people albums.Pac admittedly said that he dumbed down his music to get people to listen and understand his message,rather than saying a bunch of pretty word's that don't mean nothing.
