I have this beast and it ROCKS. You can even shave or thinly slice meat! the meat must be soft-frozen, just this side of completely frozen, but it does a wonderful job with it! The only thing it doesn't do is thin matchsticks. It does julienne, but at 6mm, which is way too wide for things like carrots and cucumber in rolls. I like that you can buy new blades from Tupperware if your blades go dull - trying to find that new "grater" blade someplace that I see the new model has. Not sure about replacing the julienne upright blades though. Can they be replaced? Not sure even how to take it off.
