Lights and Sirens in an all out General Emergency Response Means you need to ultimately pull over to the side of the road when you can effectively and safely do so but as Urgently as possible so that you don't put them in the position where they have no option but to shove you to the side of the road one way or another ! you should ultimately never feel like you have no where to move to as soon as you can see a Fire truck coming up behind in a hurry being tailed by an advanced Paramedic all you are required to do is indicate to the left and slow down and move to the left lane then move back out into your normal traffic lane once Emergency vehicles have past you
